Author Guidelines
Authors are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review these ethical guidelines, as outlined below:
- Before submitting, authors and co-authors are kindly asked to check and confirm the authenticity and accuracy of all the results. Any possible conflict of interest ought to be disclosed beforehand to the editor.
- Manuscripts that are submitted must be composed of either the author’s own original work or work in which they have actively contributed to during their period of employment. The manuscripts that are submitted should encompass genuine, distinctive findings, information, and concepts that have not been previously published elsewhere.
- The same paper should not be submitted simultaneously to multiple journals in the same language. This requirement is based on the potential conflicts that may arise when two or more journals claim the right to publish a manuscript that has been simultaneously submitted to multiple journals. Additionally, it avoids the unnecessary duplication of peer review, editing, and publication efforts by multiple journals for the same article.
- Submissions of manuscripts are accepted in any language.
- Authors have the option to refer to the manuscript guidelines for any recommendations or details regarding the structure of the manuscript or the reference template.
- Authors engaging in unethical practices such as manipulating data and results, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or committing plagiarism are acting in violation of moral principles. In order to incorporate information from various sources into their work, authors must obtain explicit permission from the rightful owner of the data or information.
- Many journals have policies against sharing scientific material stated in an approved but unpublished work or in a letter to the editor with the public media, government agencies, or manufacturers.
