If you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund your payment, provided that your reasons are legitimate and verified after an investigation. If an author wishes to withdraw their article submission prior to publication, they may submit a return request within 7 days of initiating the article publishing process.

Once the withdrawal and return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
